After getting licensed on my 21st birthday, I ended up selling real estate in my hometown of McHenry County, Illinois for my first 8 years in the industry. I had a great business built there but I always had a longing to explore away from the flat farm fields which was all I had known! In 2012, I moved to Maui, Hawaii to pursue more life adventure and rebuilt my business there. I ended up being on Maui for over 7 years and primarily sold real estate on the west side of the island (Olawalu-Kapalua). Hawaii is amazing and I absolutely loved Island life. I spent my free time there hiking, freediving, angling, bowhunting, and sucking up as many cultural experiences as possible. I still go back regularly and have a great group of friends there who mean the world to me.

Although I loved Hawaii, a wildfire across the Carson Pass (88) resulted in a complete loss of property for my brother and parents. Their home/outbuildings and all their personal property were destroyed. After many visits proceeding the fire, I decided I would move out to the 'wild west' to be closer to them all, help with our rebuild and open a new chapter in my life. I ultimately planted my feet here in Carson City. This place has really felt like home since moving here in 2020. Getting licensed immediately, I have been selling real estate here since. I had an easy transition to this marketplace and am very happy to be with Re/Max again as this is my 3rd franchise office I have ran my business through. Being introduced to so many great folks and having such a big network here already has really made the place feel like home! Moving to Carson Valley has been a great decision.

​In my free time I am a bit of a project guy and never too far from a construction project. With the help of my brother and a good friend, we have completed three 'owner built' homes and many accessory buildings. I enjoy being social and I stay in shape for all my hobbies. Fishing, Bowhunting and Backpacking trips make up the majority of my getaways throughout the year.
